Accurate financial information is key for a good valuation. You need to provide good financial data that
is over time; that is for the most recent five years or as long your company has been in business, whichever is shorter. The
accuracy of the valuation depends solely on the accuracy of the information that you provide. All valuations provide a range
of value that may or may not be honored by buyers or investors. Valuations are time sensitive, so the information you provide
needs to be current and fresh. Your valuation is prepared for negotiation purposes only. All financial data must be stated
in the same currency, preferably the currency that you use. Your valuation will be in that currency.
A clear and representative business description. You can use your business plan,
or marketing and sales information. I will not necessarily look it up on your website.
I work only in English. The answers and all company information required by the questionnaire
must be in English. The valuation report that you receive will be in English.
Your first of three installment payments provides you with the questionnaire that I use to base the valuation and
the valuation report on.
The second payment is due when
you upload the questionnaire to me. After I receive the second installment, I will begin your valuation.
Working from the information that you provide, I will provide you with a valuation
report within fifteen days. I will notify you when the report is done, and I will download to you within one business day
of receiving the final payment. The report will be in PDF format.
If you need the valuation sooner than fifteen days, it can be done in 5 days for an additional US$5,000 due when
you upload the questionnaire.
All payments are through PayPal. PayPal
is available in 190 countries and regions.
There are no refunds, although
you can stop the process by simply not buying the next level.
Valuations
are for private online businesses. Your business valuation will be based on standard, tested valuation methods. Your report
will be written in clear English. The business description section of the valuation report will be from the information that
you provide in the questionnaire. Your valuation is only as good as the information that you provide. Comparable value will
likely not be used because of the lack of verifiable data for most countries.
